How to Make Licorice - Shatavari Toner - Video

MAKING PROCEDURE

→ 1. crush the given Licorice and Shatavari With a grinder. Add some water to get a smooth paste.

→ 2. In a saucepan, boil 1 liter of water.

→ 3. Just after boiling, add Licorice and Shatavari paste.

→ 4. Add 20 ml of olive oil, 2 Vitamin E tablets, and a pinch of salt with it.

→ 5. Boil to reduce the herbal water by 1/4 (250 ml).

→ 6. After water reduction, filter the herb toner liquid.

→ 7. Keep the toner liquid in the fridge (not the freezer).

USAGE \ STORAGE TIPS

→ 1. Take two teaspoons of Licorice and Shatavari toner liquid.

→ 2. Add a half teaspoon of honey.

→ 3. Wash your face with mild soap and apply toner using cotton buds.

→ 4. Wash it off before using your regular moisturizing cream.
